Working on your company’s IT infrastructure, systems and
software, Alawy will have access to various types of restricted use and
confidential information in the course of our engagement, such as:
login IDs and passwords, system configurations, corporate data, and
other knowledge that may be sensitive in nature concerning your business
and its internal practices and workings.
When we accept an engagement, we accept the responsibility to preserve
the confidentiality of your technical and business information.
With each client, Alawy enters into a
non-disclosure—or confidentiality—agreement. Typically a non disclosure
agreement includes reports, plans, accounts, documents, drawings,
machines, writings, samples, tools, models, materials, know-how, and
data relating to our clients both orally or in writing.
In summary: - All engagements
are performed only with written permission from an authorized
senior-level company officer on company letterhead.

All information received is treated secret and confidential.
- Alawy may not disclose any information to any third party
without the written prior consent for a period specified by our client.
- All information furnished: written assessments, reports,
etc. shall be returned or destroyed upon request by our client.
- Any, consultants, agents or affiliates of Alawy are required
by us to sign a confidentiality agreement which restricts their ability
to disclose ours and/or our client’s information—either business or
technical. This agreement is designed to protect your proprietary
interests. The signee must treat all of your information as
confidential and
proprietary and cannot disclose your
information or your identity to any third party. -
Patents, patent applications, trade secrets, processes, formulas or
other proprietary information resulting from your interaction will be
your sole property.
- Alawy shall at all times
during and after the performance of service keep confidential and not
divulge to anyone—other than authorized employees and representatives
of Alawy and the client—any confidential information that has been
provided to Alawy for the purposes of performing the assessment or
service.
- Alawy agrees to keep confidential the
details of any and all vulnerabilities discovered during the course of
our engagement with your company. It is agreed that these details
cannot be released to third parties by Alawy or its agents and
affiliates unless the prior, written authorization is obtained from the
client.
In Egypt and the Middle East As an American
company operating in Egypt and other countries in the region, Alawy is
subject to U.S., local and International laws of conduct. U.S. law
strictly regulates issues of client priveledge, intellectual property
and client confidentiality. |
